Dr. George Chipain, Fellow World Federation of Orthodontists

Founder and and President of West Suburban Orthodontics. Dr Chipain is both an Illinois licensed dentist and Illinois licensed Orthodontic specialist. He also has a Masters Degree in Orthodontics and is a graduate of Northwestern University and has practiced in Elmhurst Illinois for over 30 years. Dr. Chipain has managed real estate for more than 25 years and is responsible for planning, support and management in general. He is in charge of all designing of architectural drawings for tenant improvements, lease preparation, lease renewals, negotiations and signing of leases.

Chris Chipain JD, Harvard  Law School, CPA

Chris, a practicing attorney in Elmhurst Illinois, is responsible for General Management of all Building Operations, Lease Negotiations, preparations, review of all architectural drawings and  lease renewal.

Daniel Veith, CPA, Financial Controller

Accountant for both Buildings. Responsible for General Management of All Building Operations, responsible for purchasing, accounts payable, rent collection, rent deposit, payment of all salaries, computer support and billing of tenants.

Gloria Zucker, Operations Manager

Responsible for management of all employees in the company including the maintenance crew. Gloria oversees the property management of all our buildings.

George Lamberis

Owner of Anyways Restaurant in Oakbrook Terrace. George receives tenant requests and aids in public relations.

Jake Slowikowski, Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for supervising and hiring cleaning and maintenance crews. Jake is also responsible for all repairs. He leads the construction and remodeling for new tenants.

Johnathan Chromik, Service Personnel

In charge of painting and decorating. He responds to requests for maintenance, service and repairs.
