Dr. George Chipain also owns two other buildings in the Elmhurst Illinois area. One at 119 N. York St. and an office/retail building at 136 Vallette. 119 N. York is currently leased to Lucky Strike Elmhurst which is a restaurant/billiards/bowling establishment.
