Dr. George Chipain also owns two other buildings in the Elmhurst Illinois area. One building is at 119 N. York St. and an office/retail building is at 136 Vallette in Elmhurst, IL. 119 N. York is currently leased to Lucky Strike Elmhurst which is a restaurant/billiards/bowling establishment.
